Why Saving Is More Important Now

I think a lot of people now think that since the economy is bad that they don’t have any money to put away into savings. let me tell you why now should be the time to put money into a savings account.

While you may think the economy can’t get any worse, the companies that are surviving are really not surviving, they are coasting until they can get back into some positive numbers. If you are collecting a check from the company you are currently with, and they are having some financial troubles, then now is not a bad time to be saving up money. Your job could be cut next month or even next year.

Even if its not a lot now, it all adds up. That extra 500 dollars or 1000 dollars might be what you need to survive the next financial drought. Now is the time to be putting those small amounts away in a picggy bank or at least a few bucks each week into a savings account.
