#MVPbuzzChat 331 with Diego Domingos da Silva
For Episode 331 of the #MVPbuzzChat interview series, I spoke with M365 MVP Diego Domingos da Silva (@UnsuckM365), a Microsoft 365 Architect, based in Miami Beach, Florida. With more than 20 years in IT and 16+ years dedicated to SharePoint, Teams, the Power Platform, and Copilot, Diego is passionate about making technology something people genuinely enjoy using. He specializes in modernizing legacy systems, streamlining development, and creating governance frameworks that balance practicality with sustainability. Most recently, he’s been focusing has been on Copilot readiness and adoption, guiding organizations to move beyond “keeping the lights on” and instead unlock creativity, collaboration, and entirely new ways of working. Outside of work, Diego is a Certified Scrum Master, global speaker, community builder, and blogger at UnsuckM365, as well as a bedroom DJ who believes music and technology share the same rhythm.
If you would like to follow Diego or reach out and connect with him, you can find him on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, GitHub, Facebook, Sessionize, and through his website and blog at https://unsuckm365.com/
One other thing about Diego. Most people don’t know this about him, but he has a double middle name: Diego Domingos Kenny Rogers da Silva. I am not kidding. Apparently, his parents were massive fans, and whenever he DJs, he tries to include a dubstep remix of ‘The Gambler’. Next time you run into him, be sure to ask him about it.
Tune in every Monday for a new interview with a Microsoft MVP as part of the #MVPbuzzChat series and #MVPMonday. If you are a current (or former) MVP or RD and would like to participate in this series, please contact me!
