A scientist by training with a deep background in healthcare and digital transformation, Therese leads Copilot adoption at Novartis, combining AI expertise, scientific knowledge, and business insight to implement solutions that improve efficiency, accessibility, and patient outcomes across drug development and healthcare. Through community building, hackathons, agent-a-thons, and personalized training sessions up to the executive level, she builds AI literacy and empowers teams to unlock Copilot’s full potential and transform the way they work. A curiosity-driven, empathic leader and an active contributor to the DACH Microsoft community, she is passionate about helping others experience the “wow” moments of Microsoft Copilot.
