Project Failure Files: Summer Break
As we did last year, Sharon and I are taking a summer break with our weekly PFF episodes. Still a lot of things happening in the background, but between summer holidays, the last few events leading up to those vacations, and, most importantly, needing some extra time to work on Volume 1 of the PFF book, we’re pausing the episodes. For me, I have two more events happening this month, and then I’ll be spending some time in Minnesota and Florida. More on that when it all happens. In the meantime, I am speaking at TechCon 365 Chicago and AgentCon 2026 Dallas later this month, and if you are planning to attend either event, please be sure to say hello!
As mentioned in this week’s live stream, we enter this summer pause with 92 weekly episodes completed, and a fully-baked (for the most part) plan for Season 3 this fall. In the meantime, we’re planning to compile Volume 1 and Volume 2 of the Project Failure Files book series where we will draw upon our recordings, notes, and a bunch of research that does not always make it into each episode. I’m anxious on getting this writing project fully underway and, hopefully, produce both editions before the end of this year IF we can get our chapter template locked down. With 3 more months to go on my 5-year goal to blog daily, and that massive effort coming to a close, my plans for the future are to do less blogging and more book writing…and to launch more PFF-related training.
