#MVPbuzzChat with Susan Hanley
For Episode 75 of the #MVPbuzzChat series — my final MVP interview for the year (and the decade!) — I was able to chat with good friend and fellow Office Apps & Services MVPÂ Susan Hanley (@susanhanley), a business analyst and information architect, governance and IA expert, and the owner of Susan Hanley LLC, based in Bethesda, Maryland. Sue was part of a small group of business-focused subject-matter experts that I got to know in my early days in the SharePoint community — a group which has grown considerably, both in the number of BA/IA-focused experts within the community, but also in the visibility of important topics like governance, adoption and engagement, change management, and, of course, information architecture.
In this episode, Sue and I talk about the state of governance and information architecture (IA) within the modern organization — specifically looking at organizations that are rapidly adopting Microsoft Teams. We also talk about the transition from focusing largely on SharePoint to the expanded M365 platform, and whether organizations have learned from the governance and change management mistakes of the past.
If you would like to connect with Sue, you can find her on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as through her blog at http://www.susanhanley.com/
Additionally, this interview is available on the CollabTalk Podcast, which you can find on Soundcloud, iTunes, Stitcher, and Spotify!
