Upcoming #MUGUT Activities
We’re making big plans for 2020 for the Microsoft User Group Utah (#MUGUT) community, including our 9th annual SharePoint Saturday event, as well as Azure and Power platform community events, and Microsoft-backed bootcamps in the summer and fall. Add to that our many different user groups covering just about every aspect of Microsoft technology, and our plans to ramp up the MVP and community expert webinars, and it’s going to be a jam-packed year. Here is what we have coming up (so far) in Q1 of the year:
Jan 23 – Webinar with MVP Ragnar Heil
Join us on January 23rd at 12pm MST (GMT-7) for the next #MUGUT Webinar: “Highway to Teams: Hyper-Speed Content Migrations to Microsoft Teams based on Quest’s 5 Pillar of Migrations Best Practices” with Office Apps & Services MVP Ragnar Heil
Ragnar is Germany-based Channel Account Manager & Microsoft Alliance Manager EMEA @Quest, and you can follow him on Twitter at @ragnarh
Abstract: Migrations can be simple, but in reality they are time-consuming, kill deadlines, utilize too many human resources, and are inefficient. Regardless of your organization’s size or source environment, successfully moving into the Office 365 Modern Workplace requires industry best practices that have been tested and proven time and again.
In this webinar, Ragnar will reveal project phase-based insider tips and methodologies to effectively move content, document,s and libraries from legacy SharePoint Server, File Servers, Box, Dropbox or Google Drive into Microsoft Teams. Aspects of Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations are covered as well for M&A scenarios.
