DOTNED SATURDAY 2025For Episode 326 of the #MVPbuzzChat interview series, I spoke with Developer Technologies MVP Johan Smarius (@JohanSmarius), a Consultant, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Lead Microsoft Development Consultant at Bergler ICT, based in Tilburg, Netherlands. Building software since 1996 and working with .NET since 1.0, Johan brings deep experience as a lead developer and architect with a passion for clean code and test-driven development. He designs modern .NET architectures and coaches engineers on Microsoft technologies at JMAC and Bergler, and teaches software engineering at Avans University of Applied Sciences. Committed to making new technology accessible, Johan mentors developers, supports startups and charities, teaches kids to code, and serves as a first-aid trainer.
