The CollabTalk Podcast is Live
In case you haven’t been hit by some of my online promotions, after several months of recording content, launching my new company, and trying to find the time to work on several of the important-but-not-billable activities that come with starting a new company, I’ve finally been able to launch the CollabTalk Podcast. You can follow the channel on Soundcloud, subscribe via RSS, and soon will be able to find it through iTunes and Google Play, as well. Some additional setup still to do, and then it’ll be there.
In Episode 1, I sat down with the founders of 3Sharp in Redmond, a technical marketing services company that has, for many years, worked closely with Microsoft and other companies to develop their product stories – and help them quickly build out their technical demos. Did you catch the launch of Microsoft Teams? That was a 3Sharp project. I’ve known a couple of the folks at 3Sharp for many years, and wanted them to share some of their insights with working with Microsoft, and launching huge technology platforms and solutions, such as Teams, SharePoint, and others.
In Episode 2, I was joined by Dean Swann (@sdeanswann) from UnlimitedViz and tyGraph (@tyGraphTweets) for an interview with Jeff Teper (@jeffteper), Microsoft CVP of Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive. We caught up with Jeff following his keynote at the recent SharePoint Saturday Twin Cities (#SPSTC) event in Minneapolis, and spoke with him about the start – and current state – of the SharePoint community, and then dove into the history of hybrid SharePoint, and where he thought things were heading with collaboration in the cloud.
Both of these are excellent conversations, and worth a listen. If you like what you hear, please subscribe to the podcast. Several more in the queue!
