Learn About Hybrid SharePoint at #MSIgnite 2017
While the topic of hybrid is being discussed within many different sessions, as most of you know, I’ve done a lot of work around Hybrid SharePoint, specifically, and so I thought I’d share some links to content this week for those attending Microsoft Ignite in Orlando — with many of these sessions being recorded and made available for on-demand viewing within the next week. Of course, yesterday was the Pre-Day events, and while I was sitting in the all-day MVP session, there was an all-day session on SharePoint Server 2016 and Office 365 Hybrid Scenarios with Bill Baer, Neil Hodgkinson, Aimme Triplett, Fabian Williams, Spencer Harbar, and Jason Himmelstein that would have been fantastic. But looking forward, here are some sessions which may be of interest:

Dive into Office 365 and SharePoint Hybrid Scenarios
Bill Baer, Sesha Mani, and Eskil Solvang
Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 provides an array of hybrid capabilities enabling you to cloud-accelerate your on-premises deployment. Hybrid Auditing empowers admins to have unified auditing visibility to users’ file access activities, be it in their SharePoint 2016 on-premises farms or in their SharePoint Online sites. Hybrid Taxonomy enables admins to have single enterprise managed metadata in SharePoint Online while allowing it to be replicated to SharePoint Server 2016 on-premises farms, with same taxonomy ids, for consistent usage. Lastly, Hybrid App Launcher gives SharePoint on-premises users access to cloud innovations, such as Office 365 Video, from within their on-premises sites. Come to this session to learn more.
