#MVPbuzzChat with Timothy Warner
In the 28th Episode of the #MVPbuzzChat interview series, I spoke with Cloud & Datacenter Management MVP Timothy Warner (@TechTrainerTim), an Author Evangelist for Pluralsight, and independent consultant based in Nashville, Tennessee. Tim has written or edited a number of technical books, which you can find on his website here, and is the author or numerous training courses, focused primarily these days on Azure. In this video, Tim and I discuss the rapid pace of innovation around Azure, and the increasing need for operational guidance and knowledge transfer for customers to help them better optimize their Azure services.
One topic that Tim brings up inn our discussion is a problem we’ve seen across multiple workloads — the complexity with managing multiple tenants, multiple geos, and multiple services. This is not a problem within Azure alone, of course, but what is clear is that the admin experiences that are becoming increasingly common to manage all of this complexity are insufficient. Tim explains that there is opportunity for partners and consultants to work with clients to help them understand the architectural implications of some of their solutions, as well as gaps in capacity planning (and the real operational costs), disaster recovery and business continuity, and overall compliance.
If you would like to connect with Tim directly, you can find him on the Pluralsight website, Twitter, LinkedIn, and his personal site at timwarnertech.com.
