Event and Travel Plans for Q1 2019
I’m trying to get better about posting my online and event activities, and so this is a listing of what has already concluded in January, and the rest of the quarter ahead, with quite a few events happening in the coming weeks, including two that I am helping to organize locally — Microsoft 365 Friday (Feb 8th), and the 8th annual SharePoint Saturday Utah (Feb 9th), both of which my company is also sponsoring. Of course, if you live anywhere close to the mountain west of the US, there is the massive Silicon Slopes Tech Summit happening this Thursday and Friday at the Salt Palace in downtown SLC, with more than 20,000 tech and business people coming together for huge keynotes, sessions, panels and networking. It was a fantastic event last year with more than 15,000 attendees, and I’m looking forward to attending again — especially with Microsoft participating as a title sponsor this year! If you’d like to attend but do not have a ticket, let me know — the user group has a few to still hand out.
