Research: Partner Guide on Diversity and Inclusion
Announced today on the first day of the annual Microsoft Inspire partner conference taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada this week, CollabTalk is releasing new independent research and guidelines on diversity and inclusion within the partner channel. This free whitepaper (no registration required) entitled “Building a More Diverse Workforce in the Partner Channel” is available for download at https://diversity.collabtalk.com.
This research-based practice development is a resource for partners who want to attract, nurture, and retain a more diverse workforce and includes a partner diversity and inclusion action plan to help partners step-by-step based on insights and experiences from other partners. It also includes perspectives from Microsoft Channel Chief Gavriella Schuster, Corporate Vice President One Commercial Partner. The research effort was led by CollabTalk, in partnership with the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, and was sponsored by HPE, Tech Data, and Microsoft with support from the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), Women in Technology (WIT), and fiftyfiveandfive.
