In a webinar this afternoon for the Microsoft User Group Utah (#MUGUT) and hosted by CollabTalk, we were joined by Office Apps & Services MVP Ragnar Heil (@ragnarh) who presented the topic: “Highway to Teams: Hyper-Speed Content Migrations to Microsoft Teams based on Quest’s 5 Pillar of Migrations Best Practices.”

Abstract: Migrations can be simple, but in reality they are time-consuming, kill deadlines, utilize too many human resources, and are inefficient. Regardless of your organization’s size or source environment, successfully moving into the Office 365 Modern Workplace requires industry best practices that have been tested and proven time and again.

In this webinar, Ragnar will reveal project phase-based insider tips and methodologies to effectively move content, document,s and libraries from legacy SharePoint Server, File Servers, Box, Dropbox or Google Drive into Microsoft Teams. Aspects of Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations are covered as well for M&A scenarios.

About the Speaker: Ragnar Heil is a Channel Account Manager & Microsoft Alliance Manager EMEA @Quest. Before Ragnar joined Quest, he worked at Metalogix and Microsoft in several roles such as SharePoint Senior Consultant, Office 365 Customer Success Manager, and Partner Channel Lead for Office 365 E5. He has published several books and articles about Systems Thinking, Social Intranets and Digital Business. He is a founding member of Working Out Loud Community in Germany and passionate about New Ways of Working and improving Business Collaboration + Productivity.
