Community Feedback on Objectives and Key Results

In the latest summary video from this week’s January 2022 #CollabTalk TweetJam, we focused on the topic of “Objectives, Key Results, and the Employee Experience.” This month I did not have a guest for the post-tweetjam takeaways video, but instead used the time to talk about the 10th anniversary of #CollabTalk and how it all started, and then shared some of my thoughts on Microsoft Viva, Microsoft’s acquisition of objective and key results (OKR) solution provider Ally.io, and then shared some of my answers to the questions asked during the tweetjam — which included some insights into what my company (AvePoint) is doing within this space.

Following each of the monthly tweetjams, I generally talk to one of the active participants and get a more personalized deep-dive into their takeaways on the month’s focus. But I enjoyed driving this one solo and sharing some of the tweetjam origin story.

For more on the main topic, I walked through the 7 questions covered by the tweetjam, all of which you can find on the blog post at https://www.buckleyplanet.com/2022/01/organizational-alignment-on-objectives-and-key-results.html

This monthly tweetjam is sponsored by tyGraph (https://tygraph.com/) and AvePoint (https://avepoint.com/), but is always open for additional sponsors. While the topics and questions are always neutral, I am happy to discuss potential topics and sponsorship opportunities.
