Why does one key in my keyboard only display lowercase while in Word? #M365AMA

“One of the keys on my keyboard doesn’t work lowercase in Microsoft Word, uppercase works fine. Wtf? Other programs, it works fine also. No one seems to have heard of this problem … any thoughts?”
