What is the best method to migrate local Active Directory users? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“We have about 150 users that are currently in our tenant using ADSync. We have another 50 users that are AzureAD native. We want to migrate the 150 users off of Local AD/Sync to AzureAD native without losing their usernames. Users are heavy users of OneDrive and so this needs to be migrated alongside. What is the best method?”

Some relevant notes/links shared by the team:
- This is a native process with ADConnect. Place the AADConnect server is Staging Mode and enable AAD CloudSync [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/cloud-sync/what-is-cloud-sync#comparison-between-azure-ad-connect-and-cloud-sync]
