Do end users need a Power App license to view a SharePoint List? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I customized my SharePoint list using Power App. However, a user was asked for a free trial to view the form. Does end users need a license to view the form? End users will not create app so I don’t understand why Power App is asking for a license.”

Some relevant notes/links shared by the team:
- YES. All PowerApps users must be licensed, but PowerApps is included with your M365 licensing. It auto-starts a trial if it’s not already selected within your Admin Center.
- As mentioned, there is also Microsoft’s “Get Licensing Ready” site to learn more about licensing (for those of us without Licensing PhD’s) [https://getlicensingready.com/]
