How do I add a phone number into Teams meeting invites? #M365AMA

“I want to be able to provide a phone number to someone who wants to call into the teams meeting. (A dial in number for the meeting, not assigning a user a phone number) Where and when does that number appear.. (individual would not be using the teams ap. but dialing directly in)”
