Why are some people unable to share screens in a Teams Room? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“We use Teams for work with an attendee list of approximately 200 for a class of 2 days, every week. Since the past few months, we’ve noticed that some people simply can’t share their screen when we send them for activities in breakout rooms of 10 or so people. Yet others can. The workaround method we use is to tell them to leave the breakout room, then go in the Conversation tab on the left, then click on their breakout room’s chat, then click on the Join room button on the upper right hand side. That always works. Has anyone experienced this? Has a solution been found?”
