Why won’t my new M365 login recognize my name and password? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I am new to the page and also new to using Microsoft 365. I was wondering if someone was able to help me. I have just set up a business account got all the way through put in bank details and it all went through, then it took me to the sign in page, now every time I try and login it says that my user name and/or password is incorrect. But I definitely no the password is correct. The username is being automatically put them from the auto save in my computer. Can someone please help me out.”
