Why does Teams audio not work when using TeamViewer? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I had a user that was hosting a Teams meeting today but they did it while they were remote and were logged in to their work desktop via TeamViewer. The meeting worked fine for everyone else but he could not hear anything and they could not hear him. He knows now in the future to login to the web version of teams and not remote in through TeamViewer but why did his audio not work. Is this normal for a remote connection?”
