Can I delegate tasks to someone in a different domain? #M365AMA

“My friend wants to delegate tasks to me but he based in Europe and I will have to access his company account which is on Microsoft 365 from Pakistan. How should I do this? Can it create problems for my friend who is delegating me the tasks?”
