• At the 50,000 ft level, Viva Glint is a company-wide tool for capturing and measuring employee satisfaction and well-being, and requires admin configuration. Viva Pulse is more of a self-serve survey tool for managers and leaders to grab snapshots or vignettes of feedback from their direct reports or business unit. Viva Insights is about tracking and measuring small team to organizational productivity.
