Can I move a distribution list directly to Exchange Online? #M365AMA

“In my organization exchange server will no more but there are so many DL group is created in AD. I want to move that DL to exchange online DL is there any way to move direct. But i don’t want to upgrade that DL to M365 group. Please suggest on this. “
