How do install M365 without admin rights? #M365AMA

In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:

“So Im in an organisation, where I have admin rights, but have no licence (dont need one). There are two others that has licence , and I want to install MS365 on their computers, but they don have Admin rights. When I login as me, I can not download MS 365, because I dont have a license. When I login as one of them, I get the message that they have no access to that page in admin center ?! So how do I do this ?”
