What happens to PST files when I move to Outlook online? #M365AMA

“What’s the easiest way for us to have a meeting but also print/export the notes Many options to document but not export-print We need to do both “Question with Outlook going strictly web/cloud based. What will happen to the local PST files users have on their machine. And since they won’t be able to archive won’t they run out of storage quicker now. Is there any learning site for this new system thx.” Looking for easy options as the committees have volunteer people and it needs to be fast and easy and quick ”
