Why does my externally shared Excel link expire? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I have an excel that I share with someone outside my org. But after some time he needs to login to the link and gets an error that he has needs to request acces to the file that I dhared with his account( email ). Someone th has an explanation? Or a fix? I’m admin on both tenants.”

- Collaborate with guests on a document (IT Admins), also via Microsoft Learn [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/collaborate-on-documents]
- Another possibility is that the reader has attempted to access the file from a different ID/profile than the one with shared access: Document sharing via links expires even though there is no expiration date [https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/document-sharing-via-links-expires-even-though/11e8411d-4b91-4709-9488-da17126b2d69]
