Can I have emails from a specific domain go to two inboxes? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I have a current need to develop a rule or policy that copies emails sent to or received from specific outside domains to a mailbox monitor for compliance reasons. The intended recipient should also receive the email. Rules seems to stop just short of allowing this, so I believe I need to create a policy. I am interested in hearing how others have accomplished this in industries that require this.”
