Can I prevent delegate users from syncing with shared calendars? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“I have an End User that has delegate access to 2 other users mailboxes (needs access) as well as 2 Shared Mailboxes (Calendars). Issue: When adding the delegate user mailboxes to said end user, it also adds the same said “”Shared Mailbox”” calendars to outlook / calendars also. Is there a way to prevent the delegate mailboxes from syncing their shared calendar access also?”
