Can my existing inbox also link to a shared mailbox? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“We have MS365 Apps for Business and use Outlook with domain hello.com. All our emails are @hello.com. We have purchased a domain bye.com for a customer project. Now our Team asks could we have a domain info@bye.com as Shared Inbox for this project. They would like to add the SharedMailbox to their current Outlook account – easily accessible. The Team consists of members from three different organizations, within Europe. I’m totally clueless here. Is this doable? If yes, how? If not, why? Just the main pointers are enough for me at this point. Any pointers would be great! Thanks! “
