How can I restrict who accesses my PDFs in Copilot? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“Is there a way so that CoPilot might use my pdfs to produce summaries, answer questions about them, etc…But at the same time not using these pdf content to produce answers to other CoPilot Users. My pdfs have sensible information which I’m not allowed to share with 3rd parties…Thanks for your answer and time.”

Some relevant notes/links shared by the team:
- Yes. You’d need to create a new SharePoint Online site for only you, or whomever else has that restricted access, and then load your PDFs into the related library, and then create a Copilot for that new SPO site.
