Throughout her career, she has focused on modernizing systems to scalable cloud-native solutions, developing a specialization in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, security, and usability. In past roles, she implemented a new SCCM infrastructure, engineered a modern Intune environment, and managed enterprise Mac systems with Jamf. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Hailey aims to give back to the IT community through her blog, providing real-world solutions to everyday issues.
