Can I ditch our MSP and go directly to Microsoft? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“So we had a Partner for 365 and wanted to move away from them and go direct to Microsoft. After buying an assigning the licenses nothing is connecting. Even Web Mail is giving an error. I was able to get on account to work and that’s it. Any ideas?”

Some relevant notes/links shared by the team:
- If your Microsoft Partner of Record (POR) is unresponsive (which this sounds like), you can attempt to reach them through various channels, such as direct communication, verifying their status on the partner portal, and, if needed, escalating the issue to Microsoft support. Additionally, if the partner remains consistently unavailable, you can switch to a new POR.
