Does Planner allow me to embed a plan into a different Team? #M365AMA

“If I create a new Plan outside of a team channel (using the Planner app in the teams toolbar), is there a way to embed this plan in a teams channel after the fact? There is a difference in functionality between a plan created directly in the app vs creating it in a teams channel which is why people in my org want to do it this way. Thank you for your help!!”
