How do I recover Admin access without access to the Admin email #M365AMA

“Hello, I purchased 20 Microsoft 365 licenses, but I can’t find the admin address I created. I received an email on a personal address, but it’s impossible to recover my admin address using the personal address provided to create my Microsoft account. Can someone helps ? thx”
