Mona leads the strategy and development of cutting-edge MDR and SIEM services using Microsoft’s Security, Compliance, and Identity (SCI) technologies. A recognized expert in SOC modernization and an early adopter of both Microsoft Sentinel and Security Copilot, Mona brings a deeply human and forward-looking approach to cybersecurity. She is also an active community leader, serving on the board of the Microsoft Zero to Hero Learning Community and co-leading MSFarsi to support Persian-speaking professionals in tech. Outside of cybersecurity, she’s a passionate home chef who enjoys experimenting with sourdough and cooking from memory.
