With over 25 years of experience, including 11 years at Microsoft France where he built a usage laboratory (CIE), he has guided executives and teams on deploying enterprise social networks, collaborative environments, and productivity amplification strategies. Pierre-Yves is the author of Navigating Success with Microsoft Copilot: A Comprehensive Roadmap, and also established a dedicated change management division within a consultancy, furthering his passion for enabling people and organizations to harness digital tools for creativity, communication, and impact.
